Our Designflooring is more hygienic than its natural counterpart. Not only is it easy to clean,
but with its protective PU coating, unlike real wood, Karndean is a non-porous surface, meaning germs, dirt or bacteria won't be
able to find any cracks to seep into and harbour.
Cleaning and floor maintenance
Our wood effect flooring is low maintenance and will keep looking great for years to come. With the benefit of being hard wearing, our products keep their appearance longer than their natural counterparts and are much easier to maintain as they require no sanding, staining or other frequent flooring treatments.
Durability
A perfect flooring option for busy family homes or households with pets, our wood look LVT is durable and copes beautifully with the demands of everyday life. Plus, being simple and easy-to-clean, spillages and dirt are quick to treat. With its enhanced surface treatment helping to protect against everyday wear, scuffs and spills, our timber designs are hardwearing - even high heels or heavy furniture are less likely to cause damage. If damage does occur, because Karndean is fitted in individual pieces it's easier to remove and replace the tiles.
Underfloor heating
All Karndean Designflooring products are suitable for use with underfloor heating systems up to 27° C.
